Dieser Elektrolyt zeichnet sich zum Beispiel durch die Erzeugung besonders glatter Schichten auch auf hoch siliziumhaltigen Aluminiumgusswerkstoffen aus. Aufgrund der hohen Toxizit\u00e4t von Chrom(VI)-oxid und den gesetzlichen Vorgaben stand die Entwicklung einer Alternative zum Chrom(VI)-haltigen Elektrolyten seit geraumer Zeit im Fokus von Forschungsarbeiten.<\/p><p>Mit dem neu entwickelten Chrom(VI)-freien Elektrolyten f\u00fcr <a href=\"https:\/\/aalberts-st.com\/de\/verfahren\/selektive-beschichtungen\/\">SELGA-COAT\u00ae<\/a> ist es nun m\u00f6glich, anodische Schichten mit vergleichbaren Eigenschaften hinsichtlich Schichtdicke, H\u00e4rte oder Rauheit zu erzeugen. Die Entwicklung sichert somit den Einsatz des Verfahrens und tr\u00e4gt zum <a href=\"https:\/\/aalberts-st.com\/de\/nachhaltigkeit\/\">nachhaltigen<\/a> und effizienten Anodisieren bei.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3cbb356 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3cbb356\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">SELGA-COAT\u00ae Verfahren<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-292d31d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"292d31d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>SELGA-COAT\u00ae ist eine Technologie zur selektiven galvanischen Beschichtung von Werkst\u00fccken. Im Gegensatz zur <a href=\"https:\/\/aalberts-st.com\/de\/verfahren\/eloxieren-anodisieren\/\">Tauchanodisation<\/a> werden bei der selektiven Anodisation nur definierte Oberfl\u00e4chenbereiche gezielt veredelt. Ein abgegrenzter Bereich der Bauteiloberfl\u00e4che wird von einem schnell zirkulierenden Elektrolyten umstr\u00f6mt, dementsprechend auch nur diese abgegrenzte Oberfl\u00e4che anodisiert.<\/p><p>Oft ist eine komplette Beschichtung des Bauteils gar nicht n\u00f6tig, sondern es sollen nur bestimmte Oberfl\u00e4chen auf einem Bauteil funktional veredelt werden. Dabei kann es vorkommen, dass jede zu beschichtende Teilfl\u00e4che unterschiedliche Schichteigenschaften aufweisen soll.<\/p><p>Ein weiterer Vorteil der selektiven Anodisation sind die kurzen Beschichtungszeiten, die weniger als 60 Sekunden f\u00fcr eine Schichtdicke von 10 bis 20 \u03bcm betragen k\u00f6nnen. Werden nur die Oberfl\u00e4chenbereiche anodisiert, die aus Beanspruchungssicht auch eine solche erfordern, ergeben sich au\u00dferdem Energieeinsparungen und somit weniger CO<sub>2<\/sub>-Emissionen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e9153a2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e9153a2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Entwicklung des Chrom(VI)-freien Elektrolyten<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cd3dda6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cd3dda6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Der klassische SELGA-COAT\u00ae-Elektrolyt zeichnet sich durch die Erzeugung hartanodischer Schichten mit geringster Rauheit auch auf hoch siliziumhaltigen Aluminiumgusslegierungen aus. Er enth\u00e4lt jedoch Chrom(VI)-oxid, daher galt es, eine Chrom(VI)-freie L\u00f6sung zu entwickeln, mit der Kundenanforderungen durch mindestens gleiche Schichteigenschaften weiterhin erf\u00fcllt werden.<\/p><p>Nach der Untersuchung von einer Vielzahl von S\u00e4uren und Zus\u00e4tzen wurde eine L\u00f6sung gefunden: Der neue Elektrolyt basiert auf Schwefels\u00e4ure mit Zus\u00e4tzen von Molybd\u00e4n- und Zinnverbindungen. Er erf\u00fcllt die bestehenden Kundenanforderungen, die Schichteigenschaften sind dabei vergleichbar den Schichteigenschaften der Chrom(VI)-haltigen Variante. Aufgrund der Werkstoffabh\u00e4ngigkeit der anodischen Schichten muss f\u00fcr neue Bauteile und gegebenenfalls zus\u00e4tzliche Schichtanforderungen wie Korrosionsschutz eine Validierung durch geeignete Bemusterung erfolgen, um individuelle Werkstoff- und Bauteileinfl\u00fcsse bewerten zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
