Vapour Deposition<\/strong> (zu deutsch: physikalische Gasphasenabscheidung) und ist ein <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aalberts-st.com\/de\/verfahren\/\">Verfahren<\/a> zur Oberfl\u00e4chenveredelung. Vapor Deposition ist der englische Begriff f\u00fcr die Oberfl\u00e4chenbehandlung durch Dampf. Dieser Dampf kann durch chemische Reaktionen (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aalberts-st.com\/de\/verfahren\/cvd\/\">CVD<\/a>) oder physikalische Reaktionen (PVD) erzeugt werden.<\/p><p>Chemische Reaktionen finden bei hohen Temperaturen (ab 800 \u00b0C) statt.
