Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, Google will reduce your IP address beforehand within Member States of the European Union or in other states party to the European Economic Area Agreement. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide services associated with Internet use to the website operator.

The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.

This website uses Google Analytics with the extension “_anonymizeIp()”. As a result, IP addresses are further processed in abbreviated form, so that a personal reference can be prevented. If the data collected about you contains a personal reference, this is immediately eliminated and the personal data is thus immediately deleted.

We use Google Analytics in order to be able to analyse and regularly improve the use of our website. The collected statistics allow us to improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user.

Google Maps

(1) On this website we use the offer of Google Maps. This allows us to show you interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to use the map function comfortably. The legal basis for the use of the maps is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DS-GVO, i.e. the integration only takes place after your consent.

(2) By visiting the website, Google receives the information that you have called up the corresponding sub-page of our website. In addition, the above-mentioned basic data such as IP address and timestamp are transmitted. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether there is no user account. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account. If you do not want the assignment with your profile at Google, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact Google to exercise this right.

(3) The information collected is stored on Google servers, including in the USA. For these cases, the provider has, according to its own information, imposed a standard on itself that corresponds to the former EU-US Privacy Shield and has promised to comply with applicable data protection laws in the international transfer of data. Use of Google Adwords conversion tracking

We use the online advertising program “Google AdWords” and in this context conversion tracking (visit action evaluation). Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”). When you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is stored on your computer. These cookies have a limited validity, do not contain any personal data and are therefore not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Thus, there is no way that cookies can be tracked across AdWords customers’ websites.

The information obtained with the help of the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics. Here, we learn the total number of users who clicked on one of our ads and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, we do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users

To do this, you can prevent the storage of cookies by selecting the appropriate technical settings in your browser software. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.

Furthermore, you can disable personalized advertising for you in Google’s advertising settings. You can find instructions on how to do this at https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922. You can also deactivate the use of cookies by third parties by calling up the Network Advertising Initiative deactivation page at https://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/ and following the opt-out instructions. You will find more information as well as Google’s data protection declaration at: https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/

Only when you play the videos, the data mentioned in paragraph 2 are transmitted. We have no influence on this data transmission]. The legal basis for the display of the videos is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DS-GVO, i.e. the integration only takes place after your consent.

(2) By visiting the website, YouTube receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the above-mentioned basic data such as IP address and timestamp are transmitted. This occurs regardless of whether YouTube provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether there is no user account. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account. If you do not want the assignment with your profile at YouTube, you must log out before activating the button. YouTube stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have a right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact YouTube to exercise this.

(2) We maintain publicly accessible profiles on various social networks. Your visit to these profiles initiates a variety of data processing operations. In the following, we provide you with an overview of which of your personal data is collected, used and stored by us when you visit our profiles. Personal data is information that can be assigned to you as a specific person (e.g. name, age, address, photos, e-mail addresses, and possibly also IP addresses). Furthermore, we inform you about your rights with regard to the processing of your personal data. You are not obliged to provide us with your personal data. However, this may be necessary for individual functionalities of our profiles in social networks. These functionalities will not be available to you or only to a limited extent if you do not provide us with your personal data.

When you visit our profiles, your personal data is collected, used and stored not only by us, but also by the operators of the respective social network. This happens even if you yourself do not have a profile in the respective social network. The individual data processing operations and their scope differ depending on the operator of the respective social network and they are not necessarily traceable for us. For details about the collection and storage of your personal data as well as the type, scope and purpose of their use by the operator of the respective social network, please refer to the privacy policy of the respective operator.

(3) The data collected about you in this context is processed by the platforms and may be transferred to countries outside the European Union, in particular the USA. According to their own statements, all of the aforementioned providers maintain an appropriate level of data protection equivalent to that of the former EU-US Privacy Shield and we have concluded the standard data protection clauses with the companies. We are not aware of how the social media platforms use the data from your visit to our account and interaction with our posts for their own purposes, how long this data is stored and whether data is passed on to third parties. Data processing may differ depending on whether you are registered and logged in to the social network or visit the site as a non-registered and/or non-logged-in user. When you access a post or the account, the IP address assigned to your terminal device is transmitted to the provider of the social media platform. If you are currently logged in as a user, a cookie on your end device can be used to track how you have moved around the network. Buttons embedded in websites enable the platforms to record your visits to these website pages and assign them to your respective profile. Based on this data, content or advertising can be offered tailored to you. If you wish to avoid this, you should log out or deactivate the “stay logged in” function, delete the cookies present on your device and restart your browser.

(4) If you use our profiles on social networks to contact us (for example, by creating your own posts, responding to one of our posts or by sending us private messages), the data you provide us with, such as contact details, will be processed by us solely for the purpose of being able to contact you. The legal basis for the data collection is thus Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) and b) DSGVO.

(5) To exercise your data subject rights, you can contact both us or the provider of the social media platform. Insofar as one party is not responsible for responding or must receive the information from the other party, we or the provider will then forward your request to the respective partner. Please contact the operator of the social media platform directly for questions about profiling, processing of your data when using the website. For questions about the processing of your interaction with us on our site, write to the contact details provided by us above.
