Aalberts surface technologies is a leading global service provider for the surface coating and heat treatment of your materials. We have been coating and heat treating components for different industries such as the automotive industry, mechanical engineering or medical technology and can rely on a know-how of more than 80 years. In more than 80 locations, innovative, partly self-developed and patented coating and heat treatment processes are our core competence. Surface technologies include electroless nickel plating, hard anodizing as well as polymer and zinc flake coating. Additionally, a wide variaty of heat treatments are offered.

We offer a consecutive modular leadership development program called “Aalberts people empowerment” with a duration of one year. If you’ve just finished your master’s degree and want to hit the road running, our international trainee program may well be just the thing you are looking for. Over a period of 18 months we send our trainees on six three-month rotations working at an Aalberts surface technologies site. At least two of the rotations will be abroad and one in a different Aalberts segment. We offer the trainee program for engineers, management and finance graduates. You will end the program with a strong understanding of our business & values and establish your own international network of contacts. It is our goal to find an appropriate role for you in our company after the program that best fits your talents and capabilities.
