Materials and Processes
We weld aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and steel to produce high-quality welded assemblies and metal structures using the MIG/MAG and TIG processes.

Areas of Application
At iProcess Technologies, our stainless steel manufacturing focuses on ready-to-assemble welded assemblies, stainless steel components, and assembly production for the food, pharmaceutical, mechanical engineering, and electroplating industries.

Materials Processed
We use profiles, semi-finished products, and custom-lasered sheets made of chromium-nickel steel.

Manufacturing Technology
By combining laser technology, CNC bending technology, and precise stainless steel processing, we achieve a high degree of repeatability—even with tight tolerances.

Welding Methods
We process components using MAG, MIG, and TIG welding methods.

Post-Treatment and Surface Finish
The post-treatment of our stainless steel products is carried out in our glass bead blasting machine. In addition, we specifically refine the surface texture to ensure a uniform appearance on enclosures, control cabinets, and similar components.

Cleanliness and Process Reliability
The strict separation of “black” and “white” is a matter of course for us in all production phases.

Scope of Services
We manufacture flame-cut parts, steel blanks, and sheet metal components with material thicknesses ranging from 0.5 to 150 mm and maximum dimensions of 2000 x 4000 mm.

Cutting Methods
Depending on the requirements, we use either flame cutting or laser cutting.

Quality Standard
Our flame-cut parts comply with EN ISO 9013, Tolerance Class 2.

Additional Services
Upon request, we also handle preparatory work or assembly tasks.

CNC press braking and robot-assisted sheet metal processing

Equipment
At iProcess Technologies, we use several CNC-controlled press brakes and complementary equipment for sheet metal processing and CNC bending.

Robot-assisted press brake
Trumpf TRUMA BEND V130 for processing sheet metal up to 10 mm thick and up to 3000 mm in length.

CNC press brake
Amada for processing sheet metal up to 10 mm thick and up to 3000 mm in length.

Supplementary processing
In addition, a CNC saw is available for processing aluminum.

CNC turning and CNC milling of aluminum and steel

Machinery
We have a versatile range of machinery available for CNC turning, CNC milling, and aluminum machining, as well as for the secondary machining of other materials.

Circular saw for aluminum profiles
Elumatec circular saw for cutting aluminum profiles up to a maximum length of 4000 mm.

Band saw for steel
Pegas Gonda from EKOMET for machining steel with a maximum length of 6000 mm.

Milling machine for aluminum
Elumatec milling machine for machining aluminum in two axes up to a length of 6000 mm.

Lathes
Machining with a maximum bar diameter of Ø 630 mm and a maximum length of 3000 mm.

Conventional machining
Conventional automatic lathes and milling machines are also available.
