Aalberts surface technologies

Aalberts surface technologies is a leading global service provider for the surface coating and heat treatment of your materials. We have been coating and heat treating components for different industries such as the automotive industry, mechanical engineering or medical technology and can rely on a know-how of more than 80 years. In more than 91 locations, innovative, partly self-developed and patented coating and heat treatment processes are our core competence. Surface technologies include electroless nickel plating, hard anodizing as well as polymer and zinc flake coating. Additionally, a wide variaty of heat treatments are offered.

We offer the “Aalberts People Empowerment” program – a one-year, modular leadership development program that builds progressively. It is designed for three different target groups at various stages of their careers and provides them with the opportunity to expand their personal leadership skills. Participants can connect with like-minded colleagues from different locations within Aalberts surface technologies, build internal networks, share experiences, and learn from each other.

Trainees

If you’ve just finished your master’s degree and want to hit the road running, our international trainee program may well be just the thing you are looking for.

Over a period of 18 months we send our trainees on six three-month rotations working at an Aalberts surface technologies site. At least two of the rotations will be abroad and one in a different Aalberts segment.

We offer the trainee program for engineers, management and finance graduates.

At the end of the program, you will have a solid understanding of our business and have built your own international network. Our goal is to find a position within the company that perfectly matches your talents and skills.
