Aalberts N.V. has reached a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of Steel Goode Products LLC (SGP), generating an annual revenue of approximately USD 15 million with 75 FTE.

SGP operates two facilities in Texas and one in Ohio, USA. SGP is a leading provider of thermal spraying and finishing services, specializing in enhancing wear resistance and corrosion protection for a wide range of critical components.
This acquisition is in line with our group strategy to expand our presence in the US and will strengthen our service network in the Southern region and expand our geographic footprint in the Northeast. By combining SGP’s expertise with our existing technology solutions, we are creating a stronger business with significantly increased scale and enhanced benefits for our customers.
The experienced management of SGP will work closely with our management of Aalberts surface technologies in North America, who will continue to lead the business and drive future growth opportunities.
