Our subsidiary plant in Nidda-Borsdorf, Hesse, was founded in 1989. The plant has been part of Aalberts surface technologies since 2016. Our core competencies are characterized by qualitative order processing, personal contact to all of our customers and high flexibility.
The surface technology offered in Nidda brings you many advantages. Apart from the coating’s optical aspects, it is our surface treatments that either make certain processes possible in the first place or improve them to a significant extent. In Nidda, we produce wear-resistant anti-corrosion coatings, extremely abrasion-resistant dry film lubricants and non-stick coatings. Thanks to these solutions, production times, downtimes and cleaning times can be clearly reduced, while the components’ service life is extended.
Our site stands for the best polymer coatings and also offers special services such as sandblasting and paint stripping. The site specializes in particular in large components with dimensions up to 10m in length and 3x3m in cross-section. We can handle weights of up to 20 tons and apply the various coating systems with the help of our painting and oven systems.
We are the right partner for both the new parts business and the maintenance of components. In addition to offering various coating processes, our expertise also includes partial coating of components and keeping technically necessary areas of components free of coating. In individual areas, we also offer light assembly steps after coating.
As an ISO-certified service provider for surface coating, we guarantee optimum, reproducible quality – regardless of whether individual machine components or series parts are involved.
