A fully automated assembly line with 15 industrial robots ensures precise handling and assembly of semi-finished products while collecting valuable production data for process optimization.

“By integrating modern automation and digital monitoring systems, we are taking another step toward data-driven, sustainable production,” said Oliver Jäger, executive director.

supporting Hungary’s industrial growth

Hungary continues to strengthen its position as a hub for high-tech automotive and industrial manufacturing in Europe. Aalberts’ Tatabánya expansion directly supports this national vision. The project received a government grant in recognition of Aalberts’ contribution to regional innovation, sustainable technology, and job creation.

“With this development, we are not only expanding our capacities but also reaching a new level in terms of technologies and complex service,” said Ferenc Puszta, plant managing director of Aalberts Surface Technologies Kft.

Marking 25 years of Aalberts’ production in Tatabánya, the expansion reflects the company’s long-term commitment to the Hungarian market and to sustainable industrial growth.
