The Dzierżoniów plant was established in 2013 and is located in the economic zone, which is part of the WSSE “Invest-Park”, which supports the creation of business ventures and professional cooperation.

We specialize in providing innovative surface technology solutions that enhance the efficiency and durability of our customers’ products. Our company combines advanced technology with a commitment to quality, offering a variety of services, such as surface treatment and coating, that meet the highest standards. Technical anodizing and hard anodizing HART-COAT® are treated by four coating baths, with the possibility of seal in hot water and cold sealant. Components with the maximum dimensions of 2.20 m length, 1.2 m height and 0.6 m width and a maximum weight of 350 kg can be loaded. A complete coating batch can have a maximum total surface area of up to 1,000 dm2 in the area of HART-COAT® and even up to 2,000 dm2 in the area of technical anodizing. Surtec 650 is used for casted and stamped parts, and also for cold sealing. Henkel Bonderite ®2040 R3 is used for passivation of machined, stamped and forged parts.

hard anodizing - HART-COAT®

One of our core competencies, hard anodizing is a surface coating process used to functionally enhance aluminum materials. Using an electric current, we transform the surface of the treated material into a hard layer of aluminum oxide. The new layer is formed in the form of regular, hexagonal cells. As a result, this type of coating provides excellent protection against wear and corrosion.

As a classic form of anodizing, technical anodizing is performed just below room temperature in an acidic electrolyte. An external power source is used, and the workpiece is connected as the anode. This process creates an exceptionally strong bond between the oxide layer and the base material. The result is a hard, corrosion- and wear-resistant aluminum oxide layer.

Surtec 650 - chromium 3+ passivation

SurTec® 650 Cr(III)-based passivation is applied via immersion and spray processes. The chemical process creates a slightly opalescent conversion layer. Cr(III) particles are incorporated into the coating, providing optimal corrosion protection.

SurTec® 650 passivation is suitable for almost all aluminum alloys. It finds applications in the electronics industry due to its low surface resistance, and in the aerospace industry due to its high corrosion protection of unpainted surfaces. The third industry that benefits from SurTec® 650 is the automotive industry, due to the combined properties of the passivation layer.

In 2026, our Dzierżoniów plant joined the Polish Electroplating Society as a supporting member.

We are a member of the American organization AIAG (Automotive Industry Action Group) and we use a special processes approach (including CQI-11 and CQI-12).

As a certified supplier to the automotive sector, we joined the Lower Silesian Automotive Cluster in 2023.

our inhouse processes

We are the right partner for both new parts business and component maintenance. In addition to offering various coating processes, like anodizing or hard anodizing, our competence also includes partial coating of components and keeping technically necessary areas of the components free from coating. In individual areas we also offer light assembly steps after coating.
