Aalberts surface technologies Eindhoven is the heat and surface treatment specialist in a wide range of market segments. We distinguish ourselves by providing vacuum brazing and specialized CVD and PVD coatings next to our (vacuum) heat treatments and are equipped with a wide diversity in equipment including several process specific clean rooms. Unique is our in-house developed Stainihard process, for surface hardening of Stainless Steel.
Hydrogen Brazing is brazing is performed at high temperatures and therefor classified as High Temperature Brazing in Hydrogen. The process can be performed in classical retort or chamber furnaces in which a hydrogen atmosphere is generated to create a reducing atmosphere in which the brazing is possible. At Aalberts Surface Technologies Eindhoven we have the unique capability to even braze parts under hydrogen in a Vacuum Furnace. This combines the advantages of vacuum brazing and classical hydrogen brazing and creates a very accurate brazing process.
